2. What we collect
When you visit the site
The site is a static website hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver pages and protect the site against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested and information about your browser and device.
We do not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools, and we do not build visitor profiles. Fonts and all other files are served from our own domain.
When you write to us
The brief form and the early-access form do not send anything to a server. They only open your own e-mail app with a pre-filled message. We receive data only if you send that e-mail. We then process what it contains:
- your name and e-mail address,
- your message,
- the details you chose in the form: the type of work and timing (brief form), or the apps you use and what you make (early-access form).
The same applies when you e-mail us directly.
On your device
If you switch the site to Turkish, your browser stores your language choice in local storage. No cookies are used. See our Cookie Policy.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- Delivering the site and keeping it secure. Our legitimate interest in running a safe, working website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).
- Replying to your message, preparing a quote and planning the job. Steps taken at your request before a contract, and performing the contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)).
- Managing the plugin early-access list and sending beta invitations. Your request to join the list and our legitimate interest in running the beta (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) and (f)).
- Meeting legal obligations and establishing or defending legal claims. (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c) and (f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(ç) and (e)).
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising, and we do not make decisions about you by automated means.
4. Who receives it
- Cloudflare, for hosting, content delivery and security.
- Our e-mail service provider, to receive and store our correspondence.
- Public authorities, only where the law requires it.
Cloudflare and our e-mail service provider may process data on servers outside Turkey and outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are made under the conditions and safeguards required by applicable law (KVKK Art. 9 and, where the GDPR applies, its Chapter V).
5. How long we keep it
- E-mails: as long as needed to handle your request and the job, then for the periods required by law or needed to establish or defend legal claims.
- Early-access list: until the beta ends or you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.
- Request logs: kept by Cloudflare for the periods set in its own policies.
When the retention period ends, we delete or anonymise the data.
6. Your rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK, Art. 11) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can:
- find out whether we process your data and get a copy of it,
- have inaccurate data corrected,
- have your data deleted,
- restrict or object to processing,
- receive your data in a portable format (GDPR),
- learn who we have shared it with, including recipients abroad,
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing (KVKK).
To use any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We will reply free of charge within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, if you are in the EU or EEA, to the data protection authority where you live or work.
7. Changes
We will update this notice when the way we process data changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
