Terms of Use — NoProblem! games

These terms apply to the mobile games Castle Watch, Dungeon Watch, Village to Kingdom, Little Tea House, Packed Memories and Tiny Island Tiles (each a "game"), published by Nihat Peri under the name NoProblem! ("NoProblem!", "we", "us"). By downloading or playing a game you agree to these terms. If you are not old enough to agree to them where you live, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf. 1. Licence to use

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play the games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, in line with these terms and the rules of the store you got the game from.

The games and all their content (art, music, text, characters and code) belong to Nihat Peri (NoProblem!) or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party software in the games is used under its own licences. Apart from the licence above, no rights are transferred to you.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, modify, translate, decompile or reverse engineer a game, except where the law expressly allows it;
  • use cheats, bots, modified clients or other tools to gain an unfair advantage, or exploit bugs on purpose;
  • manipulate or interfere with ads, rewards, in-game currency or our analytics, or block ads in a way that is used to obtain rewards;
  • rent, sell, sublicense or use a game commercially, or remove copyright and other notices;
  • use a game in a way that breaks the law or harms other people or us.

3. Virtual items and in-app purchases

  • Coins, stars, lives, keys, boosters and other in-game items ("virtual items") are part of the licence. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or real goods, and cannot be sold or transferred, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • Virtual items and progress are stored only on your device. They are lost if you delete the game or lose your device, and we cannot restore them.
  • The current versions of the games have no in-app purchases. If we add them, purchases will be made through the App Store or Google Play and handled by Apple or Google under their terms; prices will be shown in the store before you buy.
  • Refunds follow the store’s policies: Apple (https://reportaproblem.apple.com) and Google Play (https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637). We cannot process payments or refunds ourselves.
  • Restore purchases: permanent purchases (for example, removing ads) can be restored on a new device or after reinstalling with the game’s "Restore purchases" option or automatically through your store account. Consumable items that have been used cannot be restored.
  • Your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right of withdrawal and the right to digital content that works as described, are not affected. Where the law allows the right of withdrawal for digital content to end once delivery has started with your agreement, the store will ask for that agreement before you buy.

4. Rewarded ads

Some games let you watch an optional ad in exchange for an in-game reward. Watching is always your choice. The reward is given after the ad finishes; if an ad is closed early, fails to load or none is available, the reward may not be given. Ads are supplied by Google AdMob, not by us, and we do not guarantee that ads will always be available. If you see an inappropriate ad, tell us at [email protected].

5. Availability and changes

The games are free to download. We may update, rebalance or change a game, add or remove features or content, or stop offering a game, for example to fix bugs, keep it secure or improve it. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We will try to give notice of major changes in the game or the store listing. The games work offline; some features (such as rewarded ads) need an internet connection. We do not guarantee that a game will run on every device or operating system version.

6. Disclaimer

We make the games with care, but to the extent the law allows, they are provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer, including your rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and, if you live in the EU or the UK, the consumer laws of your country.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, for loss of progress or virtual items caused by deleting the game, device loss or device faults, or for problems caused by third-party services, devices or networks. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the 12 months before the claim (zero if you paid nothing). These limits do not apply to liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

8. Ending the licence

You can stop using a game at any time by uninstalling it. If you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, the licence for that game ends. Sections 3, 6, 7 and 9 continue to apply after it ends.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court where you live, as Turkish law provides; if you live in the EU or the UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring a claim there.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features such as in-app purchases or when the law changes. The new version will be published at this address with a new date. If a change significantly affects your rights, we will tell you in the game or the store listing. If you keep playing after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
