Privacy Policy — Packed Memories

Last updated: 2026-11-02

This policy explains what data Packed Memories ("the game") uses, who processes it and what choices you have. The game has no accounts, no chat and no social features. It does not ask for your name, e-mail address, contacts, photos or precise location.

1. Who we are

The game is published by Nihat Peri, who makes games under the name NoProblem! ("NoProblem!", "we", "us"). Nihat Peri (NoProblem!) is the data controller for the processing described in this policy. Contact: [email protected].
We do not run servers, user accounts or any backend for our games, and we do not receive or store your game data. The only personal data we hold ourselves is what you send us when you write to us.

2. What the game stores on your device

The game saves your progress (levels, coins, stars, lives, boosters, your home’s renovation, daily gift and daily tasks) and settings (sound, music, vibration and language) only on your device. It also remembers your consent choices and the reminders it has scheduled. This data is not sent to us and is not synced between devices. If your device backs up app data (for example iCloud or Google backup), that backup is handled by Apple or Google under their terms.
Uninstalling the game deletes all of this data from your device. It cannot be restored afterwards.

3. Third-party services

The game uses the services below. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.

Google AdMob (advertising)

What: the game shows optional rewarded ads that play only when you tap a button, and occasional full-screen ads after you win a level — at most once every 3 minutes, never in the middle of a level, never after a lost level and not in your first two sessions. To show ads, limit how often they appear, measure them and prevent fraud, AdMob may collect your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), IP address and the approximate location derived from it, basic device and app information (model, operating system, language, app version) and ad interaction data (for example, which ads were shown or tapped).
Why: ads keep the game free. Personalised ads are shown only with your consent; otherwise ads are non-personalised, which still uses limited data for frequency capping, measurement and fraud prevention.

Google User Messaging Platform (consent)

What: in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and other places where it is required (including US states with privacy laws), the game shows Google’s consent form on first launch, before personalised ads are used. It stores your choice on the device and shares it with AdMob.
Why: to ask for and record your consent as the law requires. You can play whatever you choose.

App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

What: on iPhone and iPad the game shows Apple’s “Allow tracking” prompt. If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, your IDFA is not available to the game or to AdMob, and it is not used to track you across other companies’ apps and websites.
Why: Apple requires permission before an app’s data can be used for tracking.

Google Firebase Analytics

What: anonymous gameplay events (for example "level won", "booster used", "ad offer accepted"), session and engagement data, an app-instance identifier, device model, operating system, app version, language and the country derived from the IP address. Events contain no name, e-mail, contacts, photos or precise location.
Why: to understand where players get stuck, balance difficulty and improve the game. Collection starts only after the consent step and follows your choice.
Privacy policy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

Google Firebase Crashlytics

What: crash and error reports: the technical stack trace, device model, operating system, app version, free memory and disk space at the time of the crash, and a Crashlytics installation identifier.
Why: to find and fix crashes. Collection starts only after the consent step and follows your choice.
Privacy policy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

Local notifications

What: if you allow notifications, the game schedules reminders on your device, for example when your lives are full or your daily gift is ready. They are created and shown by your device; no data is sent to us or to a push service.
Why: to remind you of rewards you asked to be told about. You can turn them off at any time.

In-app review prompt (Apple / Google)

What: the game may occasionally ask the system to show the standard “rate this app” dialog (Apple StoreKit / Google Play In-App Review). Whether and when it appears is decided by Apple or Google. Your rating and review go directly to the store; we receive no personal data from it.
Privacy policies: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ · https://policies.google.com/privacy

In-app purchases (Apple / Google)

The current version of the game has no in-app purchases. If we add them, payments will be processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and we will receive only a confirmation of the purchase (product and transaction identifiers), never your payment details. We will update this policy before that happens.

4. Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

  • Storing your progress and settings on the device: necessary to provide the game you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and strictly necessary storage under the ePrivacy rules.
  • Personalised ads and access to the advertising identifier for them: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given in the consent form and, on iOS, in the tracking prompt.
  • Non-personalised ads, frequency capping, ad measurement and fraud prevention: our legitimate interest in funding a free game and Google’s in keeping ads safe (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and consent where the law requires it for access to your device.
  • Analytics: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given in the consent step.
  • Crash reports: our legitimate interest in keeping the game stable and fixing errors (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Notifications: your permission, given in the system prompt.
  • E-mails you send us: our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or steps you ask for before or within our relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

For users in Turkey, the legal grounds under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) are explained in our KVKK notice: https://noproblemfx.com/tr/oyunlar/kvkk/

5. International transfers

Google and Apple process data in the United States and other countries outside your own. For transfers from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google and Apple rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK and Swiss extensions), adequacy decisions and Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. Details are in each provider’s privacy policy above. For transfers from Turkey, see our KVKK notice.

6. Retention

  • On your device: until you delete the game (or reset your progress where the game offers it).
  • With us: we hold no game data. If you e-mail us, we keep the correspondence only as long as needed to help you and delete it no later than 12 months after the matter is closed, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
  • Google AdMob: according to Google’s retention policies (https://policies.google.com/technologies/retention).
  • Firebase Analytics: user-level data for no longer than 14 months (the maximum retention setting Firebase offers), then deleted; aggregated reports contain no personal data. Crashlytics: crash reports for 90 days. Details: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the rights below. Because we do not hold your game data, most requests are fulfilled through the controls Google and Apple provide (see section 9). Write to us and we will explain what applies and help you, free of charge.

  • EEA, UK and Switzerland (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection (including to processing based on legitimate interest), and withdrawal of consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
  • Turkey (KVKK): the rights in Article 11 of Law No. 6698, explained in our KVKK notice: https://noproblemfx.com/tr/oyunlar/kvkk/
  • California and other US states (CCPA/CPRA and similar laws): the right to know, delete and correct personal information, to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell personal information for money. Personalised ads through AdMob may count as “sharing”; you can opt out through the privacy message shown by Google’s consent tool, by limiting ad tracking on your device, or by e-mailing us.

To use any right, e-mail [email protected]. We reply within one month (30 days for KVKK requests). We may ask for information needed to identify the request, but we will never ask for a password.

8. Children

The game is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Ads are requested for a general audience. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data to us, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your choices

  • Consent settings: the consent form is shown on first launch. To change your choice later, delete and reinstall the game to see the form again, or e-mail us and we will help.
  • Advertising identifier: on iPhone, Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (turn off tracking for the game or for all apps). On Android, Settings → Google → Ads → reset or delete your advertising ID.
  • Google ad settings: manage ad personalisation for your Google account at https://myadcenter.google.com
  • Notifications: turn them off in the game’s settings, where available, or in your device’s notification settings.
  • Play offline: the game works without an internet connection; ads and analytics then simply stop (some optional rewards need a connection).
  • Uninstall: deleting the game removes all of its data from your device.

10. Security

Your game data stays on your device and is protected by your device’s own security. Data sent to Google and Apple is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We do not ask for passwords or payment details. No system is completely secure, so keep your device and operating system up to date.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version at this address with a new date. If a change significantly affects how your data is used, we will also tell you in the game or ask for your consent again where required.

12. Contact

Nihat Peri (NoProblem!) — e-mail: [email protected]. We reply in English or Turkish.
